RPM Lab Watches accepts eligible returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If your issue involves a defect in materials or workmanship rather than a return, please review our Warranty.
Return eligibility
Before sending an item back, please review the following requirements:
- customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs;
- all items must be sent back in their original packaging; and
- watches must be unworn and free from visible signs of use.
How to request a return or exchange
To request a return or exchange, email support@rpmlabwatches.com. Eligibility for the 14-day return window will be based on the date and time of your first email.
